访问或使用Darija Lingo应用即表示您同意受这些服务条款的约束。如果您不同意，请勿使用本应用。

应用使用

您同意仅将Darija Lingo用于个人、非商业语言学习目的。您不得对任何内容进行逆向工程、复制或再分发。

用户账户

您有责任维护账户凭据的机密性。您同意在发现任何未经授权的使用时立即通知我们。

知识产权

所有内容（包括课程、音频、图像和故事）均为Darija Lingo的知识产权。严禁未经授权的复制或分发。

订阅与计费

高级订阅通过Google Play或App Store计费。您可以通过设备的商店设置管理或取消订阅。

终止

如果您违反这些条款或从事有害行为，我们保留暂停或终止您账户的权利。

Darija Lingo按原样提供。我们不对因您使用本应用而产生的任何间接、附带或后果性损害承担责任。

Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be brought before the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco. EU/EEA consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in their country of residence as required by local consumer protection law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when laws change or when we add new features. Material changes will be announced in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms; if you disagree, stop using the service before the effective date.
